Through technical assistance provided by the SNEP Network, Throwe Environmental is leading the Town of Portsmouth through the development of a comprehensive climate resilience action and financing strategy. Working with a large group of community stakeholders, the Project Team is developing a resilience-focused capital improvement program (RCIP) that elevates capital resilience projects and makes them competitive with other Town priorities.
