The Leadership Exchange Podcast

Throwe Environmental is proud to host “The Leadership Exchange Podcast.” The podcast is offered through our role as a core partner organization in the Southeast New England Program (SNEP) Network. We produce and host “The Leadership Exchange Podcast” to highlight audio case studies of communities across the region and country as they look to enhance their resilience to climate change.

Season 2, the most recent season of the podcast, features the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah). The earliest inhabitants of Martha’s Vineyard (Noepe), the WTGHA has a deep connection to their land that dates back more than ten thousand years. In Season 2, we explore the climate-driven changes that Tribal members are seeing in their land, and potential solutions to address those changes.

Season 1 of the “The Leadership Exchange Podcast” featured the Town of Wareham, Massachusetts, along with several regional and national case studies on climate resilience. Throughout 2020-21, we brought together leaders from around the country to engage with Wareham as the Town planned for sustainable redevelopment in Downtown Wareham Village.
